You can get anywhere from 20 tokens (very likely) to 250 tokens (very unlikely) per bundle. Most likely you'll get 20/60 tokens as it seems that those have the highest chances of a drop.

 

You see... it's RNG comrade.. the favorite WG's spice the whole player-base "love" so much.

 

P.S. I believe you can obtain them until the end of 0.9.2 but you can spend them until the end of 0.9.3. It's usually like that even though WG never specifies those details so players have to figure them out by themselves.

Sorry to hear that @N00Boo7, wish that rng was not such an obvious part of these token drops, managed to get 400 from the last 7.

Needed 360 so i guess i am lucky to get to buy and play the T7 Skane.

Maybe you get lucky with the last mission(#4) for a few extra containers obtainable through the code provided in the next Twitch stream.

Can't seem to find any info about when that is happening sadly.

Sadly there is RNG in the tokens you receive, you misunderstood me, RNG decides how many tokens you get from each of the normal EU containers you "earn".

Drops ranging from 10 minimum up to 140 maximum, with then 20, 30 and 40 in between.

So chances are you will receive more 10, 20, 30 and 40 tokens, which is kind of obvious since there are more low drops possible then high ones.

If the chances of each amount being dropped being the same, and nobody know the drop rates beside WG, then its @ least a 80% chance to get a maximum of 40 tokens per container.

I managed to get like 2x or maybe 3x 140 tokens from all the available containers.

I did not check all container openings one by one so..

 

Did all the extra missions(Obtained the Twitch code), got a compensation container(extra downtime server) and all the directives.

 

The total amount received by me is 1240.

200 T5.

400 T6.

600 T7

Now have 40 left.

 

And i guess its just a personal thing if you find it worth your money, effort and time to be able to "grind" the base xp for the "free" tech tree ships.

And then on top receive the permanent "extra XP and credits" camo on the EU dd for whichever tier you managed to obtain enough tokens for.

 

I will not pay Doubloons for a tech tree ship mission, especially if i will only get 20 tokens for the 1000 doubloons that i need to put down for them.

The first RNG "extra EU 1000 Doubloon" container i can get from the armory nets me a whopping 20 tokens so here is why i won't.

The ships themselves are not worth paying for, it is the free permanent camo missions you get that make this a complicated matter. You need to calculate the cost of permanently available permanent camos against the tokens you will need to buy if you come up short. Even if you get the ships either thru tokens or doubloons, you need to still have enough time to do the free camo missions.

 

Or it's a fail.

I got an amazing 110 tokens out of the last 7 EU containers (last directive).

That's unfortunately my case. I want the ships ('cause reasons) and camos on all of them. Which means getting all five and grinding the missions until next Thursday. I might get decent in destroyers "thanks" to that

 

I wish I could simply whale the ships/camos like a cultured man, without being exposed to gambling practices but that ship has probably sailed by now. Pun intended

 

So after getting 110 tokens from last 7 containers I got the rest from the bundles. But then again the first two gave 250 token each.

Did the same, paid 6k for approx. 400 required tokens. Was a gamble, and I was - relatively lucky - to get a 250 token container  (#5). For the last missing 10(!) tokens, a 60 token container was in the offering. 

 

Nevertheless, this expense will get me a Permacamo for T10 (together with the camo for T7) as well as some usable signals and Europe camos, so I will call it pari.

Without Smalland, I would have paid at most for one container (in case of a near miss for the next ship).
