The german CL Mainz has entered the shop. Basically a light-cruiser-version of Hipper/Eugen (more but smaller guns, faster reload, less armor, less agile) Her 12 150mm-guns don't require IFHE, that's nice.   I tested her, and while she has good stats on paper, I personally recommend waiting for the Tallinn (the russian version of the same ship, while still work-in-progress - has better guns, AA and radar)
