That is mental conditioning meant to cause addiction. It also pushes away other activities by forcing you to be online and ready at a certain time (if you want the sweet reward). Hi Yamashiro42, Yes, I can confirm. The 4th Mission is scheduled for the last week of Update 0.9.2 which is April and its reward will include 4 EU containers.
