You don't need the game open for the drop to happen. Just watch the stream, and get the drop after 90 minutes total viewing time today.

Well, I had a different impression... that you need to have both things opened at the same time in order to receive any Twitch drops. And my (wrong) theory was confirmed every time I got a Twitch drop (while watching some stream + having the game opened).

Well was really unlucky. Watched the EU kots yesterday. Didnt get any containers or missions... Looks like i will need 3 Kots to finish the collection.

you cannot complete the collection at this time anyway, everybody will have to wait until the next season of KOTS (prob October) or the one after that.

I was never before on this streaming site. But I actually got the 2 KOTS containers very easily. I just did the steps described by WeGe. Without watching anything.

 

Yesterday I went to this site on my laptop and logged into the game, just to be on the safe side. As I said, I didn't watch anything, I just had fun playing AC Odyssey on my other PC. And at some point later I saw a message that I got a KOTS and a twich container.

Today it was even better - went to the site, started the stream, turned monitor and sound off and took a great nap ;) And later there was the message again that I got another KOTS container. That's it.

Let me get this right then:

You can have obtained the 8 items up to now (provided you received them through one way or another) - BUT - the remaining other 8 will be only be got/received in  the 'Next season' of Kings of the Sea tournament and this will be towards the end of the year?

If this is correct where the heck does WG tell you this?
