I wanted to post in clan-window that there are server-problems and not even that works :cap_book:

 

Any estimation whether we can play soon or give it up for today?

Couldnt play all weekend so waited til today n now carnt get into a game just get kicked back to port 3 days off premium down the drain

we apologize for the technical inconvenience occurred to you yesterday. Apparently, there was a minor hiccup in the data center and this impacted our servers shortly, causing the problems you reported us here yesterday.

Good moorning,

Is the bug also fixed for reading the new topics!

When you open a topic im WOWs your system or hangs or when you return to your game you cant see friendly ships / aim you guns enz.

Just opend  the new News topic regarding the Detaction of ships, afther playing the video I returnd  to the main screen selected a tier 10 ship and started a battle.

Al I could see was a black screen, afther a wile I received the message "critecal error.

Had to restart WOWs, the selected game then started but the rest of the team was already far out playing the game.

These errors all started afther the new release, can anny one tell me when this will be fixed.

Well you still have a bug somewhere in the system because i have just been out in battle and when we where finished i still was stuck out in battland had to do a control alt delete to totally get out of the game @TheWarJaC

Thank you for your report. I am sorry that you are still experiencing some issues. While we managed to contain the major problems yesterday, we are currently investigating the cause of the problem itself and keeping everything running stably.

Also, please understand that the moment is delicate: our IT department is under a lot of pressure and this, unfortunately, can create some technical problems.

If you haven't done it yet, I suggest you open a ticket with our Customer Service, including also a WG Check.

 

We apologize, we are doing our best to run everything as smooth as possible.

Well after 6 hours nothing have changed still have the same problem and i have not heard anything from support so i am getting pretty mad and upset at support @stuurboord

IT guys have a lot off work, and finding a bug in a program is not verry easy.

I use to be a programmer in "C "and finding a bug in a software update is hard, and finding it in WOW's is a little harder.

So we have patience and wait tillit's fixed.
