1200 base in a tier 5 ship is pretty easy to be honest.

It says T5 and higher so you can play with a T10. Should be enough to play in a higher tier average/mediocre if you win

If you have ships that you perform really well in 1200-1600 is not unusual. I think I have reached around 2600 in König.

Apparently does not work with Tier V on randoms 3 times nearly 2000xp and does not count towards completing task atleast with König far as I know its a tier V ship right?

You'll need base XP not total XP. You'll find the correct number in the second tab on the post battle results
