[LEGS] Whistler1984 Players 17 posts 6,239 battles Report post #3 Posted March 13, 2020 I have a related problem in that if a ship has no commander I can only recruit a new commander, I can't assign one from reserve or an existing ship of the same nationality like I used to be able to do. Instead I now i have to go to a ship with a commander, click "see Personnel file" which opens up the list of captains in reserve, go to a commander I want to assign to the ship and click Assign>ship class>ship name.
