So its either Smaland now. Or Hayate when it comes out. If buy Smaland now, I assume I wont be able to get 2m Free XP until Hayate arrives. Hayate is pretty different from other Japanese DDs... Smaland is not so different from Halland. In fact, I think Halland might even be "better" than Smaland. So right now I am not really sure what to do... If you REALLY wanted to get the ship now. You'll have to convert your accrued ship XP to FXP by using Doubloons. Which you can buy at the store. Of course, if you don't have enough ship XP convert.
