I loged in the game and i had the message that I had to chose (2nd time) one of the 3 Soviet CV Bureaus tp continue the misions. Having the expirience from similar mision in the past i chose the same Bureau but o have not the bar of points set up to 0 again nore an expansion of it. So no new rewards. I have no idea about that one, but maybe you find some people there (or someone here can answer it? ;) ): The only thread, that I could find quickly. Though that mode is kinda the worst for a Carrier. I think it's faster over than normal battles, heavily grouped (combined AA), many BBs, and mostly very mobile.
