I think you should at least watch some of the carrier gameplay available in Youtube. There are lots of workarounds and strategies  to overcome the points you exposed so it may be time to ask for tips and watching other people's gameplay, not buffs.

Some people only play ships they are realy good in or only go into battle with the best ships around. I'm not like that. I don't 'pad' my stats and I don't give a rat's [edited]about winrate.

It's the fact that you're being dishonest about CV's that's getting you the responses that you are getting.

I guess if you spent more time understanding new tactics and tips, you will get better i guess and solve the issues you are facing atm.

I didn't even know Lexington could deal that much damage to a Mogador with DBs

IMO all Tier 10 HE rocket's dispersion needs buff

That Shimakaze is leave her AA on and not even using [Survivability Expert] skill ,running with 17900 HP.

I still managed nuke and DS that potato shimakaze with 3 torpedo hit later that battle,

it's impossible to satisfy crying DD players and the potatoes who completely irresponsible to the team by manipulating RNG.

Manipulating RNG can only show that how insufficient WG's game design ability is , there is no way to balance the potatoes that throw themselves.

Or he could avoid dropping the DDs from bow or stern and just drop from the side. Then just dodge isn't there.

The bad thing about that is, one needs at least a minimal amount of skill and/or brains to figure that out.

What me bothers me quite a lot is, that a CV potato as I manage to get that "sideway approach" against quite a few T5 to T8 DDs with my Ranger's, Ryujo's and even Furious' Rocket planes. Not every time, of course, but often enough...
