Look at it from the bright side guys. You can get them all by playing when they get fully released. That's what I intend to do, getting whatever drops for free and just play the game to get them later...

I love your pricing, 2M FXP is the same DO NOT TOUCH sign, than it was the price of the PR event. It is the first official introducing of it and I can already tell, I wont play enough to get this boat. And I have around 16000 battles until now, so I play a lot.  I can't figure what is your target audience with these prices. Luckily, because of your late practice I spent less and less to the game. My wife will like this price too. Keep up the "good" work guys! ;)

I don't fully agree on this.

We have more than one kind of flag or camo to boost the free xp gain in each battle.

BUT, even if we have a premium acxount, and we win all those battles while obtaining good results, how many free xp we can expect from each flag and camo?

The difference from having or not having one could be calculated for an average of 1500 ?

To gain 2 millions you still need a LOT of flags and camo, and pay for both them and the premium account.

Also, i find the price quite unworth, cause that is a DD.

Battleships are always more expensive when compared to cruisers of the same tier, and cruisers are more expensive than DDs.

This happens for the research price, the credit price, the dobulons, the coal... But for some reasons not for free xp.

A tier 9 dd is 1 million, the same as a battlecruiser. Why?

Honestly, in this circumstances, i will save my 1.2 millions for the next cruiser or battleship, no matter the tier, since they are more valuable.

Not to mention how effective are DDs after the carrier rework.

My Shima and Haruguno, didn't leave my port for a very long time for some reasons :(

Ignored you

Yeah... I think suggestions by Egoleter are often ignored. Like asking for simple dots between each thousand when dealing with large numbers in missions, directives,... deal 80000000 damage takes me about as long to decypher how much damage I need to deal than it takes me to actually deal that damage. 80.000.000 on the other hand is way easier to read.

How long has this been asked for? Two years? Two years and counting for a simple QoL upgrade that doesn't cost a penny to make nor to implement, and yet we're still waiting.

So yes, ignored.

I'm gonna pick up the Småland just because I have 2M FXP and nothing else to use it on. That and the fact that she's Swedish.

For the rest of it, nah, won't bother. I take what I can get by playing at my regular pace and after that I'll just grind up the line like I always do.

Yes because this way we have more flexibility without killing our UI. Maybe in the future there will be more ships and we can make it its own tech-tree but for now it's the best compromise - even though we understand that some would like to have it as a separate nation.

This Thursday on the EU server.

We understand if you feel this way but we also provide significantly more ways to accumulate freeXP compared to the first introduction of freeXP ships. At the end of the day it's up to you whether you feel this ship is worth this price-tag or not, it's a long-term goal either way.

Greetings, Crysantos

But you also devalue the signals like ouroborus and the other expensive signals that you get from various bundles and containers. While I admit that you get a lot for free, more than before the value of a bundle/crate/container is also decreased.

That is regardless of how I value the signal and WG.

If the cost for a Ouroborus is X and the ship costs 1 000 000 FreeXP I can determine through how much time do I save by buying these signals and I have a lot which some I have recieved free but large numbers I have paid for in christmas crates and other containers and bundles. If suddenly the prize of a ship is 2 000 000 the value is now x/2.

I do recognize that it is a T10 and I would have expected a prize of around 1,4 maybe 1,5 with a little stretch, but if you inflate the prizes in this amount you decrease the value on your bundles a lot, it is what these flags represent in power to progress faster that makes them valuable. I have been hoarding FreeXp since Friesland was released about 1 500 000 (can buy Småland directly as I have in excess of 2 000 000) but I play far more than most players, and I have not used them for much else except a few stock grinds.

I am from Sweden so my own prizetag is substantially higher than most players, think it is sad if a museumship does not been purchased enough if it is deemed too expensive by most players.

Overall I am extremely happy over the release over my own countrys ships.

Greetings, Crysantos

The thing is Sweden was the only nation not a major power who could have had a full tree by themselves for all but capital ships (and even then Sverige/Gustav V/Drottning Victoria would make a very nice tier 4/5 premium) so that's why people are upset. They have their own tree in WoT so why not here. Also WG's main competition, Gaijin and Warthunder, has been introducing Swedish tank and aircraft tress and will be giving their navy a tree within a year, and frankly so far they're doing it better than WG.

As for getting free xp, no it's  not easier anymore because of a few things. One, Narai is removed, that was the best way to farm it. And two, Spring Sky camos are difficult to get these days, mostly through CB's or supercontainers only. And in CB's it's locked behind Typhoon wins. Wargaming has not given away free xp camos or signals for a year at this point. The problem with why it was too easy to farm was that in 2018-early 2019 Wargaming was basically giving signals and camos away. I mean look at Ranked, once upon a time you'd get literally thousands of signals per season, these days you get a couple hundred at most.

WG seem to be getting a bit salty, over the reaction to this money grab.

Personally I won't do anything different, haven't used any real money on this game since the PR fiasco., 3 months ago, I guess a significant number of players have closed their wallets. If you wish to spend I would wait for the well balans USSR cruisers.

Buddy those of us in the Old Guard haven't spent a penny since 2017.

The thing is, Wargaming showed their idiocy with the Christmas Convoy debacle, and the train has just kept chugging since, while displaying a 'we listen to our community and good players who know what ships need tweaking' sign down the side of it.

For those not familiar, the Christmas Convoy debacle is referring to Christmas 2016, when every server except EU got the Graf Spee campaign to get the ship for free, and EU was told to 'go home and spend time with your families' and that was why they had no campaign. The pitchforks and torches were never sharper or brighter than then.

I don't remember that but I would have had a Graf Spee any way so would have ignored it.

100% true.

Obviously it got fixed when even the other servers jumped on Wargamign EU for it.

good grief, here's me thinking that PaytoRico was just a shining example of recent nefarious stupidity... didnt realise it was a long term historical trend.

I remember now.  It was a head in hands moment, lack of understanding of how a market works.

Aha! but....!

The people who get 140 will come on the forums going "Woot!Woot!" and make people jealous, whilst those who get only 10 will mostly stay quiet and be sad on their lonesome... overall making the general forum response look positive.

Its kind-a-like          "We have no food to feed our population again dear Komrads, but Look! I got some Free Vodka!"

Who doesn't want free vodka eh?

And, whilst starving to death, one can always hope that, maybe, next time, one can also get free vodka.

So, that's good really and we should all be thankful for vodka

(even if most of us will just end up with a tier 5 potato)
