This Week's Naval Battle Prep - What are we Supposed to be Doing?

The base XP and XP prep mission make sense because the icon is easily recognisable, but what are we doing this week, the icon being a silver rectangle with a forward slash?  I've played 5 so far but not knowing what it is I'm supposed to be doing.  Is it wins?

It's ribbons of any kind.

Man gun hits, secondary hits, citadels, torp hits, bomb hits, damaged modules, floodings, fires, capture and capture assists, planes shot down, and so on ...

Suggest you read the rules, you will find them on the Naval Battles page in port. Sorry to be negative but you are in a clan and have played over 7k battles, would you build something with out reading the instructions ?????
