Might be a stupid question, but did you try to repair the client as it says?

Otherwise it might be related to e.g. your antivirus program blocking file access or delaying it for too long.

This can be pretty much be caused by any component of your hardware and software... All you can do is trial and error, which is usually what the support team needs to do in these cases, to exclude commonly known issues first.
