Is there any particular reason why you have to lie?

 

The previous arms race had a problem that you couldn't do any missions/directives/whatever in it.

As a time limited event I do like it as you can make something new if you want.

 

If it is suitable for ranked that is hard to tell yet.

Unfortunately this Arms race mode is like a cockroach, every time you think its finally stamped out - there it is again...

 

Its fascinating, some real heavyweight in WG dev department must be the creator  of this mode for it to be so persistently and repeatedly shoved down our throats again and again...

Arme Race Ranked was tested on the 0.9.1. PTS and at least in the English feedback thread no one complains about it being Arms Race...

Im talking about Arms Race in ranked. It sucked major balls last time and everyone hated it. Now they did it again in ranked and litereally every round you play everyone complains. Its the worst of the worst.

Arms Race has its place. But it’s not in Ranked, that’s for sure. Maybe in a separate game mode all together.

I like it until face the enemy who has no clue how to win that kind of battle. So far played 1, easy win. Hope morons will stay away from me.

Oh and once you have 4 Heal Buffs, CVs become invincible. It heals Planes faster then AA does dmg .. You can keep circling over enemy ships and not lose any plane HP at all.

In short:

 

Guys play not to lose instead of to win. Teams are horrible and even a new personal damage record didn't prevent me from losing. But I bawled a Kremlin to death in the Salem, which is the sole high point so far.

It is. I was just playing a round were i scouted a Montana with my Audacious bombers, circling right over the Montana to avoid the flack clouds and i literally lost no HP on my planes. They are invicinble to Montana AA dmg once you get more then 3 heal buffs .. Stayed over him for like 2 minutes and didnt lose a single plane.

 

 

Edit:// 3 Heal buffs are enough to make them invincible against a single Des Moines.

The Arms Race thingy seems very artificial as well.

 

To me I would liken it to when Bernie Ecclestone wanted to have a sprinkler system set up on some corners of a F1 race to create extra risk.

 

Of course this is not exactly the same by any means but it does show where bosses interfere to liven things up, but to the detriment of the players.

 

But hey, again, this is just my opinion, if you don't like, I have more.
