CV: Return speed bug | Adrenaline Rush related?

So, what happened here? I skilled AR for some testing purposes as some russian guy stated it will make the flak puffs throw of their aim ( can't say that for sure at this point.. needs more testing. But it felt as if that stuff doesn't hit me at all). Nevertheless, i boosted into an AP Drop and instantly pressed F. look at the minimap... the squad i dropped with is fully on steroids. I'll also attach the replay. This can't be right.
