I joined the game in early 2018. I worked myself up really fast (too fast I realised when I discovered the Wows-stats-page). In two years time I had a bunch of tier 10 BBs (UK,USA,Japan, France, Germany) and managed to go through all four campaigns, having several 19 points captains, some double ones (Japan and US). I fought in too difficult ships with too high average stat-values which lead to that I suffer from bad stats. Recently I started over and "cleaning" the stats but also realising that it will take a year or maybe two to reach up to the stat level "good" from my current stats-level "bad". I think I had a really good progress lately after I started over from low tiers again with uniqum and super uniqum results pretty often but yeah..it feels a bit distressing with calculating the future and all the work to even get decent...question is, is it worth all the work or is it easier to just start over on a new account?...

That means losing all the stuff you reached. After 3000+ games, that should be quite a lot.

I consider starting over silly and superficial. You are basicly hiding your past performance and your learning curve.

Well not only epenis . All of high and midle clans have some kind stats requirement.  And if he wanna join some decent clan in near future he will need at least. 55% WR.

If he wanna that then his dilemma is a totaly valid.

Honestly, i would never do something like starting over.

How many premiums you have unlocked?

How many reward ships and camo you will be unable to gain in the future?

I don't have the Yamato yet, cause i am more a cruiser player, but i gained for free the HSF camo for the Yamato, and one day i will put it in use.

Not to mention the free space camo for the Pensacola.

Or the imperial camo of the 2 heavy RN cruisers i gained in the past months, and the 5 Arp ships...

Maybe i am more a collector than a player, but still i think would be a waste to drop everything you gained in the past years, unless you want to stop to play at all...

They do not care if he has ships they need and stats they need. I see in top top clans peoples with only 2-3k battles.

  • then they must be REALLY good
  • and you do not know for sure if they did not take a look at the old account
  • we do not admit rerolls to our clan, unless we know the previous account

No offense but you have to learn to play. Look your T10 stats.

760 match

%46.7 WR

686 PR

0.53 kill

61800 damage

Very serious L2P issue here. You played T10 BB and these results??? These BBs have 100k Hp and your damage 60k??? What are u thinking when opening this post???

If you read what I posted you have the answer, I have started from low tiers again and doing my homework the hard way back up again...

When I began this game, I didn't aware about the statistics, and looking mine now I hidden them, there are painful to see, and the system reveals to much information: how many ships you have, what tiers play most etc. Perhaps if were useful if WG gives us more control what info we would like to share,  and not all to nothing option offered in the portal.  I was tempted to reset my stats but in my heart I am feeling as cheating. And I know in the resetting option is irreversible. I would like to share only my average co-ops statistics which are the best I have but important ones are the randoms barely 40% winrate (well now all you know my nasty secret :Smile_sad:)

In your case having more than 3000 battles is a shame to erase all your stats, because they are part of yourself too . Perhaps it will be better to hide them for awhile, and show them when you feel nice with your last achievements. Your effort along time, could be more valuable than a 50+ win rate without historical prove.

Why would anybody care for old account? What information you gain from that ? That than he was bad? Who care.

And he said exactly the same thing. And he understood he rushes thrue tiers without learning to play it.

First stap to become better is to admit you were not good. Dont blame CV, dont blame 1000 games string of bad luck, dont blame op ship. Blame yourself and you are on right path.

I know I am older enough to understand many English expression, or guessing the meaning from context. In this phrase I am most inclined to give a colorful meaning to the ending phrase, but the risk to show my ignorance or my perverted mind advises to write no more than this . Playing the ships is relaxing for me :Smile_child:, reading all this text turn on my imagination about what is or could be. :cap_yes:

  • to judge experience
  • to better understand how someone got the current stats
  • to judge reputation, you do not want a troublemaker in your clan

Usually these stats will be for most recent games only. Most people were below 50% winrate when they started out :Smile-_tongue:

And how do you know if the account is reroll or first one? I mean if guy come in front of you with 3k games and 63% wr he must be reroll? Friend of mine has that stats on his first account.

Stats do matter to clans that wanna play competitive in CB. That is the truth. [edited]it. If you get in front of them with 50% we they will not look at you.

Yeh. But OP needs 2k games over 65% to become decent because his start is terrible:)

You look how the stats developed.

If they did not improve --> reroll.

If they start much better and then get worse --> reroll

The other way to look at it is if someone does use Matchmaking Monitor and they see poor stats they will underestimate you now that you are getting much better and they can be overconfident before you outplay them! :cap_rambo:

if you reroll you will see same stats again because you have to learn to play. Your issue isnot like "Well i have good WR in late games but i have bad results from my starter games so i have to reroll to make overall stats good again" So your issue and only issue is L2P.
