Hello,

Is there any non-obsolete breakdown of autobounce data.

Here is a significantly obsolete page of wows wiki:

https://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Ship:Gunnery_%26_Armor_Penetration

Is there anything better?

This table does not even include the data for Italian Cruisers, let alone the British heavies.

It is obsolete because it does not contain all the data?

I'd call that incomplete but not obsolote.

Yes it is, because past data tends to be adjusted. Therefore an old table is not only incomplete, but obsolete, because you cannot be sure if something has been changed.

Once again, I will have to bump this thread, I heard that the new russian CA's have better autobounce angles. Yet, all I could find is this obsolete(not incomplete, past data does change) article. Does anyone know any more up to date info on the current breakdown of autobounce angles?

Does anyone know whether it is possible to check these values somewhere in the game files?

BTW, Not to be too much of Captain Obvious, but these autobounce mechanics are just as crucial to the game as the HE penetration, so they should add their display to the game.

Not really, its usefoul to know at which general angles you can expect a bounce but they are not as important as HE pen that tells you which ships can be damaged where by them, as for bounce angles - even if you have that Navigator mode showing you the angle between your guns and the target ship axis it still doesnt say much about the angle of the exact piece of plate you will hit with your shell, so "hyper accurate" bounce usage is simply impossible

RN CLs are in the link. CAs have standard ricochet angles

Italians have 20° - 10° .

btw i have to correct myself, they nerfed the russian CA angles at some point, its 40-25°, while Stalingrad has 35-25°. IIRC they used to have the same angles in the beginning.

Here you can look at the ships yourselves. Its not as easily accessible as the first link, but better than nothing.

This link claims that Tallin has standard ricochet angles 50-65, but I am playing Tallin and I can already see by the citatels that this ship has improved ricochet angles, so this data is incorrect.

50-65 isnt standard. Normal ships have 45-60.
