Just curious to gauge the community here. 

 

The recruiting station has been going on for quite some time now. A while ago I asked how you were doing with the recruitment station, so maybe the time is ripe to ask it again since some more time has passed.

Quick summary:

 

Still the same three recruits I got when you did this the first time, still the same ratio: 1 apparently quit (stuck at 50 recruitement points) the other two play on. I get between 400 and 800 points per week.

 

Only recently I got a huge cashback which indicated that either both spent a lot on christmas boxes or one insta bought the PR ...

 


So yeah, I'm happy with it.

I have two recruites and even that one of them does play occasionally it does not count as it is NA account.

Like one co-op battle per week but that still should be 10 points. But as it is I get nothing.

Well I can safely say the 1 recruit I got has stopped playing, they got to T5 and were so sick of not being able to do anything against the sky edited of seal clubbing cv's and suffering a slow lingering death, they gave up. He said, he knew he was supposed to learn the game in low tiers, but what were the devs actually trying to teach him?

Is that where WG tries to make me convince my friends that WoWS is actually a free game and is not grindy at all or unbalanced ... or RNG driven, not toxic, has a healthy and smart player base and is friendly to beginners?

7 Recruits.

Three of them active on a regular basis, 2 more in irregular intervalls.

Yes, I get doubloons almost every month.

Twice did I draw a ship. Both from small containers and both times the Smith, which I already had (resulting in more doubloons).

Shared plenty containers with my recruits instead of being greedy and taking it all for myself.

The 10% cashback isnt working i guess. One recruit did spent a lot of rl money in december, still no doubloons. :fish_nerv:

If that's your only recruit then you're lost. Only from two (or three???) recruits upwards you get cashbacks...

I hired my two sons , easy recruits through innovative and engaging marketing:cap_like:if you don't play WOWS regularly you do mre dishes

Another good point : I have a strong overview of what they are spending in game (aka nothing, no way they get addicted to real money gambling) so I can control exactly how much cashback I will get (aka still nothing, but that's ok for me)

 

Oh, and they quite like the game so they play on a regular basis. Doing divisions in coop in family can be a good fun.
