Can't Login, Technical issues?

Read the main website, there is a big fat banner that says that there are issues and they are working on it.

Yes, unfortunately we had a minor crash that is affecting log-ins.

 

We're already working on it - I'll keep you updated here.

 

Should you encounter any other problems, please let me know here ASAP.

I thought it was just me but I'm able to access the forums so I see it's a general problem.

Let's see how long will this 'minor crash' prevent us from playing.

Bad timing with this crash WG. I pulled a sickie to stay home and blow up stuff in WoWs. Not cool.

The last big server outage was DDoS attack on WG?

 

Where did you hear that - I only heard some rumors but never some official WG confirmation?

 

BTW, IIRC, that was the first time I recall that there was big outage and that we never got any symbolic compensation...

Yes, DDoS attacks. It was confirmed by WG support to me and to others.

 

Maybe they never officially said so but their support did confirm it on multiple occasions.

 

P.S. There are 4 WG staff members checking this thread so if they wanted to confirm it they could. But they went silent so I guess that answers your question about how official it is.
