Good ship, feels like an Ognevoi with Lo Yang hydro. The 10Km DWTs can't be used against DDs, hence capping can be challenging. Also having only 2 double turrets can give Siliwangi hard time in knife fights. It is most efficient when played like a ghost dd and ambushing enemy dds with its hydro smoke combo, imo.  I recommended it too, but also want to note that it has a high skill ceiling.
