Noob question about minimap

Hello fellow commodores,

I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to tell me if there's a way to make the mini-map ingame bigger and also where can I change the language of the text? I have it in Spanish but would like to change to English.

All right; you can change your "game language" via the WarGaming Game Center in the "settings" drop-down menu. 

To make the minimap bigger, just use the "+" key on your keyborad, i suggest you to make it as big as in this screenshot (you could go bigger, but it wuold basically cover 1/4 of your screen)

Also, when you press and hold CTRL you can move your cursor in-game. When you then click on the highlighted gears you can customize the minimap; transparency, last position etc.

Thanks a lot, now I have a decent-sized mini-map. The language can't change it still, somehow can't loggin to wargaming game center.

I don't think you have to log in to gamecenter, just go to the language part in the settings, and select from the Arrow.

In order to change the in-game language and the gamecenter language, you need to login in the gamecenter.

 

For the in-game language, you go to the world of warships tab and then to game settings

 

For the gamecenter language you go to the settings tab which is located at the left

Agreed, but thx to a mod it's gone now. 

Btw, anyone got an idea how to get disable the W/A/D keys? Accidently pressing one of those tends to ruin my gameplay experience...

 

 

On a more serious sidenote, it's kinda Refreshing having someone ask for tipps on how to increase the mini map size.

why would i troll with such an important issue as fps (mind you, its not first person shooter, it is Frames Per Second). to keep it above 25 is essential for excellent gaming experience and here spreadsheet is 110% right

I know, right? I was thinking exactly that, so much better than that other thread where the OP there asked how to turn off last known position...

i wish someone told this bissy to look at the mini map plus other things..  i love what flambass etc do for us the community, but i hate it when ppl are trying to do what they do and yet after 5 mins of battle they're still trying...lol

The titles an oxymoron, in definition if you notice you have a mini map you are better than a noob and therefore better than 95% of the player base!
