A new wind is blowing on EU Customer Support lately?

 

I had a couple of problems in the last 60 days with  in Game Lost and Found, and I've found a different approach from them compared to 2 years ago or more.

They are very nice, understanding, and if even sometimes you have to insist with a couple of replays, at the end all things were recognized and sorted out nicely.

 

Of course you have to prove what you're claiming for with screen shots, or even better with replays or stats/data extracted from replays (like last issue I had), but years ago even with those sometimes they refused to recognize the issue. And in the past I've been very critic here on the Forum.

 

So, I'm glad of this changes, of this new wave. GG guys!  :Smile_honoring:

Not in my experience.
They provided me with a response which made absolutely no sense. When I pointed this out to them, the ticket was closed and that was that. A great big FU player, WG aren't interested
