It was just an old quote from the Fallout games ("War never changes").

 

I thought it was fitting, because the servers go down every CW season. ;)

 

I played 2 CW battles and got 10(?) compensation boxes for server issues –it's kind of funny.

 

But I also work in IT services, so I have a soft spot for the poor guys who are now running around the tech center and try to fix everything. I can relate, so keep your heads up guys, and thanks for your work. :)

You all know alot of players had connection issues last patch that WG put down to ISPs. Suspicion was centered on a certain g-Core IP address. Guess what i just got from running pingplotter:

It's a Wargaming tradition, by the way. In WoT the servers went belly up on every patch day, and here it's every CW or ranked season.

 

Only difference: Back then you weren't compensated. Getting one day of wasted premium time back was a huge deal, when it first happened.

Now that you mention it... I was about to use the few hours of my premium time today, which I got as compensation for the previous issue. So now I will get compensation for the compensation which I can not use?

Airborne? For WoWP maybe...

Luxembourg is difficult to reach by ship. Easier by a tank (done successfully in 1940). So guess which servers will be up first ;)
