Mass reporting resulting in chat ban

Hello again,,,

 

And again I start a topic about the one stupid thing in this game and that is the REPORT system,

After numerous chatbans and a discussion with the support team(which does not help anyways) I decided to close chat window during battles

As you all know when a battle starts the retarded "ego's" come forward telling you what to do while their sorry [edited]is sunk first.

the things the put in chat are outrageous like I [edited]your mother,,,, I hope you die from cancer etc etc etc .

For this I decided to close that chat feature and I do not say/put anything in it(already for months)

However mass ticketing/reporting is still working because to my great surprise I got a chatban again which is going to be lifted 21 januari 2020.

How the hell is it possible to get a ban and acused of harasment etc while I was not even using that Chat system???????? 

secondly,, what is the purpose of such a totally bloody useless system which is working on reports of salty retarded anti social idiots who can only rant in chat and trying to reflect their utter failure on other players??????

This is annoying and can be a reason for me to stop playing this game.

Either:

• you still used the system
• you used port chat
• this was the result of a really old report, that was backlogged

You were banned manually after a review of your chat behavior by a support member. This makes every comment about you not using any chat a lie.

Automatic bans by reports are one day only. You have at least a ten day ban.

I've not witnessed such vile rudeness in chat, but I totally agree that chat in general can be pretty uncivilized...

Seriously, myself and I assume most other players play this game for fun, to relax after a day of work or in our sparse free time in the weekends. I don't need this sort of aggressive rude behavior. Can't we all just get along? This is just a video game, there are no stakes here. This game isn't serious business, nobody is competing for your job or your spouse here, so relax. This ought to be a fun time for everyone.

I wondered how the hell I got a chat ban once too. Don't expect anything of an explanation on request.

 

Perhaps the semi-automated system also checks clan chat. If so I'm probably lucky never to have had one before.

- Playing Puerto Rico

- Playing Belfast

- Insta-killing someone with a wall of angry triangles (Asashio, Benham etc)

- asking for help

- not asking for help

- Rushing mid channel on Two Brothers

- citadelling a broadsiding BB

- insta-gibbing a broadsiding cruiser

- having radar

- not having radar

- HE spamming people in an HE spamming ship (French cruisers, British BBs, etc)

- lurking behind rocks in American CLs

- not lurking behind rocks in American CLs

- Asking team to use your minimap

- camping at the back in your brawler BB

- camping at the back in your sniper BB

 

On and on it goes.

my question is how bad was you before you got banned.

I see ppl that I know is toxic still getting to use the chat system.

so what I say is that this might be something from back in the day and so toxic that they couldnt overlook it.

Just got my chat back after I was chat banned for 10 days for politely suggestion to a Yamato DIV that they had no clue, refused to fight, that maybe the ships were above their current skill levels, they should play lower tier BB's until they improve or at least practice gunnery in co-op. No point appealing against WG support bots, so just accepted it and moved on. Hopefully they will learn or I meet them on the opposing side some day and enjoy myself.

Hahaha I will never stop playing which I stated in my starter,,,,my Clan the In Glorious Bastards is doing very good for a young clan and as their leader I can not leave!!

Despite its annoying with that stupid totally bloody useless report system I will continue to play.

I see positive reactions in my favour but also others which are made by moderator related friends or even moderators(the puppets of WG)

 

I keep my chat closed and radio silence and will see after 21 januari how long it takes to get another chatban by the reporting failing pussy navy whahahaha

There will always be stupid people playing any game. They are so stupid that they simply don't (or won't) understand that they are the stupid ones.

Because obviously when they potato and get triggered, they feel stupid and just want to get rid of this uncomfortable feeling of theirs.

So they start blaming others and if they can they will report those others and this makes them feel like a king! They are happy being a king of nothing 

So instead of getting mad at them (because due to their own stupidity, they will project their own stupidity onto you and will be totally convinced that you are mad because you fracked up), rightclick and report them, then rightclick and blacklist them.

Imo it is fine to give constructive feedback about their accusations, but my experience tells me that stupid players will usually say you are lying/being stupid/being stubborn/triggered idiot/the list goes on for a while.

 

Once you figure out that the other human you are conveying thoughts about, is just stupid, then stop arguing with them as you might as well argue with a brick wall.

As a guy who earned a perma chat ban in game i have some ideas how this system works. Well. I know almost everything about it

Lets face it, if a clan wanted to inflict a ban on a player for whatever reason, they could agree to REPORT that player for misusing the chat system, whether true or not...

 

That happened to me after I left a clan on very bad terms... any game I was in, they would report me... so, I got a game issued chat ban....

Ummm, you CAN leave.... leave the clan, give to another person, then you have no reason to stay.

 

Is that some sort of excuse for you abusing people in chat? If so, you're going to get a LOT of bans. get used to it.

Very unlikely. A few reports are not enough.

You must have had really, really bad luck seeing them that often.
