Oh and hindy got a DPM buff. Henri got accel nerf on sped boost. Croissant derpstroyers were more of an ambushers, able to deliver uncensored amount of gun love via MBRB, as well had some potential on playing torpedo boats. Especially tier 9 and 10 due to 1.4km detection on torps coupled with 75kts. Using them as open water gunboats is... eehhh, as their sustained dpm is pretty bad, Kleber base HE dpm is equal to Shima at 135k. Khaba, to put into perspective have 182k base. Kleber concealment nerf essentially removes stealth torping window, currently having 1km, post change she will have what, 300m? Bringing her almost equal to Kebab. Speaking of one, this, oh so gently put mobility nerf to Henri 55 minutes ago, Sehales said: French cruiser Henri IV, tier X: Time for the ship's engine to reach maximum power was increased; Acceleration parameters while Engine boost consumable is active were changed. Due to Engine boost and high base speed, Henri IV was able to dodge incoming fire quickly changing the speed. Now, the ship will accelerate and decelerate smoother. Klebér gets its area of detectability increased by a quarter while Kremlin's AA mounts get a survivability nerf. Henry IV's nerf, is a slap in the cheek. They need to optimize the smoke stacks (not rendering properly in distance) on Henry IV instead of her ability to alter speeds.
