Funny thing tough is that WG nerfed Hindenburgs rof. It up again but still not where it was still. EXCEPT if you use Lütjens and get the hits required. Cause Hayate will be for free exp and it'll be around 1.5-1.6 mln, so 2 ships for free exp (2.5 mln free exp combined) will be hard thing. For Yamamoto you have to invest an epic amount of time without any help like coupons, while pretty uninteresting coal commanders for other nations are in plentiful supply.
