Player with PR but new account starting with Tier 4 ship - is this a bot?

Just had a battle with a PR on the enemy team. Purely out of curiosity I checked the guys profile and saw that the account was only created on the 13th December, has many rare premiums such as Missouri, Kutuzov and Musashi, but the thing that struck out to me more than anything was that his / her has no battles less than Tier 4, and only one battle at that tier. How is this possible?

Could this be a bot perhaps?

Wallet warrior ? ( rare ships coming from mass purchased  Xmax boxes )

Im sure WG does not share your opinions whatever they may be, as this is a good customer.

Yes more than likely, but how can you start your account at tier 4? and only 1 x battle at tier 4 before going up to tier 5?

Checking his coop battles would likely answer all your questions.

Dunno.....maybe applying all signals and/or flags to a low tier ship do funny things in climbing up low tiers using FXP those signals and/or flags produce as well.

There is no shortage of signals and flags when you bought the PR i think, due to the rewards....

Isnt this how an account would look like after a reset ... ?

I did not do it myself, but i know such accounts from WoT.

When you reset, you keep your premiums (because bought for real money).

I dont know if you keep your aggregated free xp, for example

You do not need battles to get premium ships....

And battles in premium ships give Free XP that can be used for anything.

Where is the problem?

What is the connection to botting?

Operations don't show up in your profile, so he could have played ops and then converted XP.

Or just used the free XP you gain from leveling your account and then converting some extra from all the premiums.

Not really dodgy, just a massive whale.

This is why I'm asking, it just looked very odd to me. If there's a reasonable explanation for it then fine :-)

Or a resetter ... nothing wrong with that, too

Dont think if his account is only 1month old.

I still believe that might be some kinda WG fake accounts showing off premium ships... i cant believe anyone would literally spend THOUSANDS! of € on a game just like that. And this kinda happens quite often, thats why i dont believe that. Ive seen several PRs with <400 games but bought PR.... riiiiight :cap_tea:

Well ... in fact there are these "all-inclusive-offers" from WG ... dunno if this was the case this years end, but they did exist.

The last I remember included every Premium for ...  600,- € ? Or something like that ... ?

Of course it could be just a ton of x-mas-boxes.

Its not the sheer number of premiums which irritates me, but the fact, there are quite a few prems which are out of regular sale.

Fujin

Kamikaze

Kutuzov

Kronshtadt

Benham

Musashi

cant be acquired by regular purchase.

Either he had them before a reset, or its the x.mas boxes.

He played coops. Got into T4 by free exp. Bought load of santa crates too for those premiums and rare premiums he has. One guy on SEA server bought 400 big crates. Yeah.

Bought the PR for 59k dubloons. End of the story.

I can only guess English is not your first language if you could not see from both the thread title, and my post, that I 'asked' a question ;-)

Yes, I have seen a few of those, 437 odd battles total in ships up to level 5 , and sailing a PR.

NO WAY some playeraccount like that would a./ suddenly be that interested in a Puerti Rico, or a Gorilla, and b./ pay that amount of real money for it also.

My guess is a non-offical WG employee account, with a free gifted PR  -as in unpaid for - sailing around  to lure/manipulate/brainwash players into thinking: ""he has an PR already, see , it perfectly ok to spend money on a ships that are almost the same -performance wise- as free silver ships like Zara and De Moines"

Ah, this player is really interesting  ... dont think its that easy ...

In addition to allthese premiums and quite a lot of really rare ones, he has frightening many coal- and free-xp ships.

Thunderer

Yoshino

Smolensk

alone add up to 750000 coal ...

And the Nelson ...

Really a weird account

I would support the idea of an employee or PR-account, too ...

I did see that.

But I saw you speculation too...

Keep the speculations to yourself. We have already too many people who see bots, hackers and cheaters behind every account.

Edit:

or could you draw coalships out the boxes ?

No steel ships - so possibly not a WG "everything" account.

PR @59k doubloons seems to indicate mega-whale, thus I'm guessing its a new player who has indeed thrown $000s at crates and the like. That'd account for all the coal ships as well (ships + coal in boxes). No steel ships because they have to be played for.

Its difficult for most of us mortals to comprehend, but there are plenty of wealthy people - kids even - who can drop $10k on game goods without even noticing the amount.
