Already opened mine. I only got Economic Flags from the 3 Santa Containers (50 Zulu, 50 Papa Papa, and 50 Zulu Hotel). Could have been better, but it could also have been worst.

 

Btw, the code gives 3 Santa Containers and 1 Ship Building Collection Container

It doesn't work for most people, unless there is a way to put it in that it is not mentioned.

 

 

UPDATE : IF it doesnt work, load game play once then log out and retry, for me this worked as solution.

it gives me an element that give me hope to finished collection! before this, I have 13 elements from 34 crates and I can get only 3 more

It worked, I'll check later what's in them and update. One thing the shipbuilding container solves for me is the collection if I manage to fulfill all the T6 ship missions because I was short by one for a guaranteed completion IIRC (I'm not confident in being able to do the CV-related PR tasks.in time).

P.S.: As expected, just camouflages and flags. The funny thing is that the shipbuilding container not only guaranteed the collection completion but even accelerated it: that one and the two following containers dropped non-duplicates, which automatically left me with enough duplicates to exchange for the remaining items.
