So, the server can't cope with 32k people online.... but £200 for a Puerto Rico

 

I assume then that all the cash is still going to SerB's moonbase/rocket house plan?

 

We're approaching Fallout 76 levels of customer service here WG....

Calm your tits, its only a server overload. When hackers start stealing your ships in port and sell them off then we can start discussing whether or not this game is like Fallout 76.

If you run into this issue, please let us know and send us a quick customer support ticket. I'll check with our server guys, but since there aren't many reports about this it was probably just a short spike.

@Crysantos I disagree, a production server(s) should be able to handle the workload that is thrown at it, your spreadshite experts can see yearly trends and should take this in to account. A spike should never take down a service, this is just poor resource management and WG skimping on the severs. Funny how services that generate money like the armoury or premium, never seem to go offline, secondary more reliable servers ?

 

Whats more, having us report server issues, WTF, you telling me the bots of your network and server teams don't do active management and can see in real time when an issue occurs, Jesus.H although not surprised, I do this for one of the UK's major banks and would be sacked on the spot for this incompetence !

First of all - I'm not a server technician and yes, we do have a lot of systems in place. Most of the time this works very well, right now some of you are reporting some issues and I'm passing them along so this can get remedied asap.

Not sure if it is clarified, it has always been while I have been waiting in the queue for a game and got kicked back to port with the server overload message. As a Brit is it most distressing for anything untoward to be happening with a queue :)

yesterday was try again later, Today have been dropped from server multiple times. Once whilst in battle, happily shooting up queen lizze.

How are we supposed to do the directives, if we can't stay in battle long enough.

 

How are we supposed to contact support, when that went unavailable.

Started getting issues when I went back to random from ranked, unable to enter battle on three occasions.

Then a disconnect 1 minute into a battle when trying to position my Des Moines, by the time I got back, dead, and the abuse I was taking from 4 or 5 team mates was incredible, rather disappointing.  :cap_fainting:

I just had a disconnect in ranked sprint, it took a few minutes to load back in. You can guess how that went...


Actually, no, you probably can't. I still won vs. an enemy Mogami, because I was in an Enterprise, and since your glorious CV rework was such a successful story of creating a fun and balanced class for anyone, even with that disconnect the poor guy never had a chance. But let's not go offtopic here..

 

I've had these disconnects a lot recently, and the connection on my end remains stable.

If people are trying to complete these directives (as I am,).  They're most likely using camo and numerous flags, will they be compensated?.

And as the Pueto Rico is on a timer, will that be extended also?

Never had a disconnection or ping problems  yesterday, while playing nearly the whole day. Did not play at all today.

Well server overloaded and you getting disconnected should be two different issues. Please send us a ticket about this with a pingplotter and WGCheck with those disconnects.
