Like I feel bad for the buyers of the Polish DD who payed cash only to see her now available for coal...and then 100 times stronger.. Then steel..... would never pass over Stalingrad or Bourgogne for PR so this might be a theoretic option...Until people have steel in such abundance that they buy PR because there’s nothing else.. Research bureau? Well the requirements force you to have such amount of grinding that 4 or 5 times regrinding a line is a walk in the park compared to the PR missions... If WG really wants to play hardball they will give it the same status as f.e Arkansas beta... Never to be made available again so that for the next time players will be even more coerced to play/ pay for the ship NOW or never see the ship in port. I wanted the ship cuz no one hates getting new ships especially T10s but the grind cancelled that idea from my mind. Added bonus for WG in this is that next year people will flock to pay/ grind even more since some players will not want the risk off passing a one time opportunity to get a unique ship now or never... [ORM] tinvek Players 142 posts 3,886 battles Report post #14 Posted December 18, 2019 i've said before, and jingles recently suggested something similar, keep the grind as it is, but make it open ended so anyone who has started it by the original end date can eventually gain the ship, even if it took 12 months, plenty of people will pay for some or all of the boosters so WG still make out of it and everyone gets the ship if they want it. Well according to so many famous and knowledgable CC's and YouTubers? a) I will hold my own verdict on that until I try her out as with the way the balistcs work in this game its not a given that the effects of the extra turret will be linear even with wider ellipse althogh it seems they are at first glance (source flamu review) as the av damage seems to be very similar b) PR is T10, Alaska is T9 and therefore of 0 value if you need a T10 for something (CW, Rank) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

WG have the option to do so, but that would seriously undermine the real reason for the event from WG's side : a good chunk of income just before the fiscal year ends. Yes and then 90% of the players want their invested doubloons back.... Since they bought that boost because of the time gating and the difficulty of the missions... If you grind with 0 investment the event changes from impossible to slightly more slack. If you purchase 1 it will go from still impossible to hard. The remaining players have taken boosters to get PR with grinding with the numbers of boosters based on their ability to grind the remaining points...This is with regard to the available timeline... If the deadline is removed the urge to take boosters is nullified. Then these players would want the invested boostermoney back too. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
