Wait... What...?

The problems prevented me from logging in. And to get a compensation... I needed to have logged in and played a game...?

Am I the only one finding this slightly... Strange?

Thank you for contacting Wargaming Player Support.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not able to login to the game on the 12th and understand your request for compensation.

On our news page, we have announced that the system had updated to patch 0.8.11.1 and this is the reason why players cannot log into the game during those times.

To Thu. 12 Dec. 09:00 CET (UTC+1) / your local time: Thu. 12 Dec. 16:00

As much as we would like to, we are very sorry, we the player support team are limited in compensating in any way, and what we can only ask is for your understanding of our limitations.

the link they provided brings me back to the forum.

so here i am back in the forum, few days later and no clue what to make of this.

Are they just passing responsibility?

Are they trying to make me stop pursuing this issue?

Are they just avoiding to tell me that I won't get any compensation?

Or am I just to stupid for all of this?

Like others though I played what I could on the 12th, the compensation page told me no compensation available

 

So as Crysantos advised above I contacted support and opened a ticket for them to fix it

"Your ticket ID: 121176003 has been received"

 

I'm trying to claim the compensation for
"Claim Your Compensation Now! [EU Weekday Server Issue]"
As others have posted to the forum, have tried many times to claim the compensation but only get the response

"Claim Your Bonus
Claim your free bonus content on this page.

Captain, there are no available bonuses at the moment. Keep an eye out for upcoming events, which will be announced on the Portal!"

Go to the game folder World_of_Tanks\res_mods\1.7.0.2

Now this really helpful agent didn't bother to read my ticket, nor look at or research the issue before closing my ticket by a cut and paste of an irrelevent answer from a completely different game

Does he cut and paste this rubbish all day long to everyone regardless of the ticket he's closing?

It seems to be the equivalent of telling every ticket to turn the pc off and then turn it back on again.

Just how many tickets can an agent close in a day by doing that?

Do they get paid by the ticket?

Does their training involve suggesting they read the ticket before ignoring it?

 

Crysantos, can you be any help at all please?
