Purchased flag changed after update

I opened a support ticket 24 hours ago, no results yet.

 

I bought the Black Atago captain/patch/flag bundle for 3.5k dubs. After the last update (not counting the emergency patches), the flag became monochrome. It does no longer match the patch (uh, that rhymes). This kind of defies the purpose of buying matching flag and patch, not to mention damaging goods you paid for is a no go.

 

Anyone else having the same weird flag issue or comparable changes?

 

Update: "We will forward the case to our specialists." (Probably a Flag Officer?)

Update: Suspected to be caused by mod (but I don't run mods), so back to the techs who try to crack the case.

I don't use mods, but the flag was golden black before, now it's black and white, so they changed it
