Just got it on my steam. It’s a special captain but with no perks whatsoever....and only 3 skill points...

 

So a named 3 skill captain, 500k silver + 1,5 m silver sell value since I already had the DD. Portspot and captain reserve spot. Nice to have for free? Sure but not something to REeeeeeeee about if you don’t have Steam...

 

Should by now know that you are second class plebs if you are a non steam user
