Won Coop Game in Tier 10 - no result, no snowflake

Played the coop game in Kleber, game didnt provide a end-game summary, took about 60 seconds to get back to port - no xp for the match , no snowflake for the win.

Similar scenario here, but everything was frozen in port. Had to exit and login again which took 8 tries. Last game appearantly never happened... wtf.

EU server had “issues” and now is down. I also lost a progress from a battle (T10 win, but no results screen, no container and the snowflake was still displayed on the ship after the battle).

Same here, 4 containers missing but no problem. The snowflakes are a bust anyhow at tier 10

just got the same result, won a game in coop, snowflake disappeared, no gift crate :(

I'm experiencing the same situation - 15 co-op wins and not one santa crate, except those that are free default crates (total 2 or 3).

What!??

 

I don't see any T10 ships and Santa crates are obtained ONLY with T10 ships.

 

What about reading the article or any other source of information before posting in public?
