If you can not download the game from the portal contact support. It is against the forum rules to ask/beg for beta keyes. Good luck with fixing the issue. After some digging I was able to download the client by going to the main page (http://worldofwarships.eu/), selecting my name in the top right and then "My Profile". This page told me that I haven't fought any battles and gave me a link to download the game. I am downloading now, I will re-post if I get access once it is finished. If yes, try it again with those blockers disabled. Below is a screenshot of how it should look. What does it look on your side? And are you sure you bought into EU server? Maybe you bought access to the US server by mistake... He has the Beta Tester forum tag on EU Forum, so i guess he bought the pre-order package on the EU Portal. Maybe he is trying to login/download through the NA portal? If so, that won't work.
