why the missions is not for both types of ship Sims and Sims B, Graff Zepelin and Graff Zepelin B cuz to be ones i dont see the point to buy Sims if i have Sims B  and so on??? they should do the missions for both type of ships

To reward/compensate players who have BOTH ships, not just one.

Ever since premium ships were added to the armoury (and from some time before that), techtree discounts on premium ships just stopped. Probably because Wargaming doesn't want players to potentially enjoy a "double discount", because every once in a while they do actions where you get extra doubloons if you buy them in the premium store (so not really-really at a discount, more of a "buy 10, get 12"), and that's all the discount you deserve.

Do you have the normal Tirpitz? The doubloon missions are only valid with the normal non-black variants of the ships, as stated in the Premium Shop article and on the items Premium Shop page.

The thing is, Wargaming don't seem to realise they're shooting themselves in the foot.

 

When you look at the news page for the Black Mission you see ten possible rewards. The ones that we all want  - the ships - are deliberately places at the top of their list to get your attention And there's four of them.

 

So a bit of quick maths suggests you have a four in ten chance of getting a ship in any container. And with eight containers to come if you play all the missions, well your chances of getting a ship should be pretty good.

 

So you play a lot, get all the containers and receive no ships. (so far I've got none in six). How do you feel? Disappointed. You reckon it's rigged. You suspect that the chances of getting a ship compared with anything else were extremely small. Maybe a 2% chance. Even though the news blurb didn't say that. You feel that you've been conned into playing games to win a prize you never had a chance of.

 

So what's the end result?

 

You never, ever spend money buying containers. I've been playing for three years, will have elited every ship in every tech tree line in maybe one more year and I've never spent a penny on containers. And I never will. Because my experience of "free" giveaways like this is that the odds are heavily stacked against you.

 

All because of events like this. So I don't spend money that I might have and Wargaming lose out.

Yes, when people are disappointed about free stuff, it must be the WoWs playerbase.

• thinking that ships have a 1 in 4 chance of dropping is a logical fallacy, a bit of thinking should make it obvious
• to get these containers, you just have to play, something you would do anyway
• and if you do want to play the game, then do not play it
• and since there are quite a few people who spend loads of money on the game, WG will keep the container, maybe they should reduce the free stuff, chances are the playerbase will be happier

My story with Black Friday containers.  1. I buy 2 containers of 250 gold.  I won some gold, xp, and signals.  2. I bought a premium container.  I spent 1250 gold.  I won 1250 gold.  3. I bought another 1250 gold container.  I won 1250 gold.  🤣  4. I bought another 1250 gold again.  I won the aircraft carrier Graff Zeppelin B. Commander with 10 Skills and the mission to complete the Graff Zeppelin (without B).  It's crazy.  Good luck to all and health.

WELL  I missed the omission of the B part on the black ship missions in the same list of things you do get  , I am sure others did to , who would buy a black premium ship then buy a standard non black same ship just for a few doubloons . kind of  a poor deal don't you think . A no brainer . The discount on the ship was ok (or good enough) but next time don't sneak in the read the fine print or read into a deal something that MIGHT mislead someone  . IT should have clearly stated in bold  letters 

 IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THIS SHIP AND BUY THE BLACK SAME SHIP YOU GET EXTRA MISSIONS FOR DOUBLOONS . Stating this on a spaced line not in the list of what you get with the black ship . I wonder how many would buy two of the same ship then . Don't mislead anyone ever ! You just anger your base players !

Final update - finished the missions on the NA server and got cammo, 24 hr premium, free exp and, miracle of miracles, the Alaska Black. 

That made the final result for the 2 servers 1 ship in 20 containers - not anywhere good enough odds to get me to buy, especially as 4 out of 9 "possibilities" were ships.
