Feedback? Questions? Replies from people who are anxious, frustrated and impatient due to the lack of information and clarity?

How exactly would not having any response make it any better?

Aside from a few posts nobody blamed community coordinators as most of us are well aware that even they don't have any more information and they try their best to keep the situation in check.

Fem said on the NA forums that WG is re-doing the transfer process basically from the start and all accounts on both the source and the destination servers will be locked for the duration of the transfer as they pull a new snapshot from the source server and to ensure no progress will be lost during the transfer. 

And they will send out a new batch of emails with actual login details to everyone affected.

Good to hear! Still wish there had been more communication during this whole process.

That's the reason i want to leave the EU community. They don't care at all and the ingame help chat is being ignored by everyone who is supposed to help players, or you get an answer in German wich i don't speak.

 

Worst of all is that my account on EU does'nt excist anymore, NA accounts are both blocked and on both i'm unable to send tickets because suddenly they say account email and contact email cannot be the same!
What's that all about, i only have 1 email address. Am i suddenly supposed to create a new one just to get a reply from the tickets???

Credit where credit's due, WG EU support has been much more responsive than their NA counterpart and their answers have actually been useful. For me at least.

 

If you want more information on the whole transfer thing, your best bet is the NA forum at the moment since that one is at least being updated.

Check Fem's posts today as she answered a bunch of questions in this topic.

I agree with the low population part but I'm not really sure who you meant by the second part.

Do you mean CCs saying things that are proven to be incorrect or players in general?

Gotcha...

In my opinion that's mainly because on EU we have a lot more CCs with competitive experience and they are in general have more experience playing WoWs. (And I'm not talking about the amount of battles they have or their PR.) And (also my personal opinion) sometimes I feel like they have this weird urge to do something different solely for the sake of being different. (Like Notser's CV play or Yuro's spotter plane Des Moines and stuff like that.) And since they are influencers you often see the average player do the exact same thing on a much larger scale.

But of course you have to take the current meta and regional differences into consideration since some things said by NA CCs might sound dumb when you want to apply it on EU but make a lot more sense when you play on NA.

 

But let's not completely derail this topic... :D

A minha conta foi removida permanentemente por ter mudado para outro servidor,  pensei que pudesse ser transferida com a evolução do joga que já tinha conseguido em 2 anos, mas não aconteceu, pois eu jogava pela Steam na Europa e já não consigo entrar no jogo. Como poderei recuperar a minha conta de novo. Agradeço resposta

Will my progress and purchase on the destination server during the second snapshot be lost? Or be replaced by the snapshot on the source (old) server?

Good day I have received the transfer email and I need to change my email address, I submitted a support ticket yesterday and another today and I have had no response. Who could I contact please?

I transferred from EU to Asia and got an mail that the server transfer is complete and that my account is now active on the Asia server. I also got a temporarily new password. So i downloaded the new client but after the log in a window pops up which says 'Error connecting server. Your account has been locked PERMANENTLY. Reason: Your account is under maintenance. Please wait for an email with credential information after the server transfer completes'

I already got this email and also a new password, so what??

Migrating gives you the opportunity to select what country you live in. just like the other NA account, i chose United States, and guess what? I can buy premium containers again… As a Belgian!

Sending a code in ALL CAPS... but the code isn't really in caps...why?....:fish_cute_2:

 

Give a button to send you to a page...but it sends you to the EU website....:fish_nerv:....but you have to go to the NA website

I have just moved server from NA to EU. I have delinked my NA WoWS account from Twitch both on the NA WoWS site under account management, and from the Twitch side under "Connections", but I cannot now re-link to my EU transferred account as it says this Twitch profile is already linked to an account. What do I need to do to fix it?

Hi. I lost the chance to change from one server to other.

Do you plan to offer this transfer again in the future? Playing with 7 hours of difference with Europe is :fish_palm:

 

It would be great to offer this onCe or twice per year, even with a little cost of money or doublons.
