Anyone else getting them? My ping will randomly jump from 45/50 to 75/80 every few seconds, causing a stuttering effect. This in turn causes all sorts of in-game weirdness, including well aimed shots showing as on target, but missing, and avoided shots connecting when they showed as sailing wide. What's going on?  

 

It's definitely not my connection, as I've checked it numerous times, and all is good on my end. This has been going on all day, and it's getting very frustrating. If the server can't handle the load, then something needs to be done about it, because we're only going to get more people playing.

Lag spikes here also.Stuttering effect also.People from my first game today also mention lag issues..one of them said something like..((its like playing chess via mail..)).Had 2-3 games then i logged out..please do something about that.If this caused by limited server capacity we are all doomed cause from now on as the person above mention the number of people is gonna get higher and higher..

Wargaming should start/upgrade/install/buy/rent another EU server for World of Warships, that would solve the problem for now i guess.

What will happen if we go into OBT/Full Release..... :ohmy:

I thought that it might be because of the player amount in the evening but when i tried a game this morning it still happened. Ping jumps rapidly between 20-50 causing my game to not update properly and having lag spikes/minor freezes.

I only have those problems when there are more than ca 6k players online. Can't say I saw any lag or rubberbanding when there were less people online.

Started with last weeks patch for me, never had them before.

 

it's true, since the last update I've been getting the same problem.. it is definitely not due to number of players online, i've played at 4am where it took me 2 minutes for a coop botmatch and we were just 2 human players! still you could see the latency spike to 100-150 every 30secs or so together with the 'lag' red dot.. :(

Dono if the game updated or the server is having lag but its very strange.

experienced a lot of lag in game yesterday..ping 40-400ms...:(

server overloaded?

 

Since so many people complain about the lag spikes, i guess we can be sure it is a serverside problem, not a client side problem. :honoring:

Gotta lot of lag over past couple of weeks , usually after 1600 till about 2300 hrs , so I given up playing between those times. luckly atm Im without work so..

Ship is jumping all over the place, impossible to fire straight. guns do not fire when they are supposed to, then some times after I'm on reload.

Funny thing for me is, that the only lagspikes - with that nice little red "lag" notice on top of the screen and a breakdown of fps from 50+ to 1-5 - happen when I play PvP battles. I've NEVER had any of that during PvBot battles... one reason why I play mostly PvBot :(

This game is the stink leery of what I saw on youtube and post on here to me and me can invite code

Tonight 20:15 GMT - 6200 players online 30FPS Ping 49-59 - LAG flashes but no rubber banding, plays ok for me.

I also have lag spikes to the degree the game is unplayable because I HAVE TO rage quit after every attempt at a battle (even thou the ping is at reasonable levels). I guess I will try the COOP battles until WG fixes this problem.

I have the same issue yesterday and today again. The whole team laugh at me, because I cannot anything with a StLouis. I shot at the target, I see the hits, the game did not count them and really in the game the ship is far away. It is really frustrating. I set my video settings to medium, it did not help. I shot down every program, it did not help either. I do not know what else can I do, but i will not play WoWs for some time.

SInce last patch im getting the lagspikes/rubberbanding..

 

before that patch the game was running smooth
