watched a vid from notser and he said it effects about 10 shells from every 1000. so might seem like makes a difference on paper but at the ranges the vlad and krem play wont make any difference ingame.

Good analysis, agree. For the first part about your wish of coal ships i can say удачи! (good luck). For the second part of WG should give a date, I think is a good and fair idea.

The difficulty for exit Wows was for me: hard disk with the game installed and Win10 in Disk1 and not Disk0 (I have two ssd). I exchanged hardware connections. Everything is fine: wows exit regularly.

The article says the upcoming Clan Battle season ends on Dec 9, but the video says it ends on Dec 8. Which is correct?

Italian Cruisers are good after 20 minutes of a battle, BUT you RELY HEAVILY on your team!!!
I dont see the cruisers being good enough for me to play low Tier.
Sorry, but its too snipey, accuracy is bad over range, reload is eh, AP seems meh...
SAP is only good on DDs and most Cruisers, you struggle hard against Battleships.

I never felt a new line of ships to be soooo underwhelming like the italian cruisers with their SAP instead of HE. Forget BBs. Focus on cruisers and DDs. But this is not the way to make damage. And sometimes you have to fight BBS: but they just laugh at you with you shitty SAP. And furthermore a reload time to fall asleep. Bad reload and meehh SAP: not a good combination. Why the hell should I play the italian cruisers????

Since when was the 'Eritrea' a CRUISER? It must have been a typing mistake on the part of the Regia Marina. It reclassified it as a 'nave coloniale' (colonial vessel). Then, 'nave d' appoggio' (support ship). In English, it's been called a 'sloop'.

So far not much luck with the containers, opened ~ 10 and no cruiser mission. I was able to get Genova relatively quickly - after opening 7 or 8 out of 20+ bundles. 

Two more directives with another 10-15 containers, maybe I get lucky for a change.

Its at T1. All of those ships are small vessels labeled as cruisers.

Incorrectly labelled, I would say!

 

What about the 'Viribus Unitis'? It's a lot of fun to play with but way out of its class fighting as a tier V. It should be a tier IV.

After engaging in the forum when I didn't read the previous posts just to give me opinion: 

Ammo i don't like it expected much more especially you got nothing against BB`s

Speed excellent and smoke on tier V and VI regular (BUT TIER V GENOVA PREMIUM doesn't have smoke)

Great feat. is launching torps (VERY SLOW TORPS ) from smoke..

They are not tough not squishy but...somehow undefined ...

 

They are searching they're place like Le Terrible tier VII dd French line who is now I believe a premium or great ship at least

 

Italian event ok introducing I great with honours but not my kind of ship...Currently from Public Test server observation.(From a 10 games sample my best score was around 50k with Trento)
