Research Bureau - resetting just one line over and over again..

howdy folks,

 

since i got my Georgia and learned that there is a Tier 10 equivalent i'd like to get my hands on the Ohio. thing is, i have several Tier 10s, but there is no way i will ever do 4+ full lines again, as some of them were a pain in the buttocks to grind. so is it possible to reset only one line (for example the IJN DDs that were a joy to play) several times and still get those research points? like, i reset the IJN DDs once, get to Tier 10 and 10k research points, then reset and re-grind the same IJN DD line again, get another 10k research points, rinse-and-repeat (only the IJN DD line). is it possible to do so? or do i have to grind several lines as it's 10k research points for one reset of one line?
