I was inactive for quite some time now and just found out about all that Jingles Commander thing. Is he no longer available or hasnt he made it to the live servers yet?
I couldnt find information anywhere.

Jingles had his lines recorded in Leningrad and they weren't IT. So he had to redo the lines and will come in the future.

Don't worry about it, you'll get him.

According to the WG Twins @MrConway and @Crysantos, the Mighty Gnome Overlord will make his appearance with 0.8.10 or 0.8.11.

Don't worry. He will be distributed by WG only after a long grind or some wallet raping, so you will not feel his presence.

Anyway If I get him by some kind of mistake I hope he is dismissable.

I only wish that captain Jingles will  come with all the bells and whistles that Migthy Jingles (the original) is known for.

Makes no sense if otherwise.

the first version of him was very... conservative.

Putting the guy in a studio to record lines was not very creative, a bit anti climax

Just sample from his videos .or from the audio files that he syncs with the videos.

And there, 100% Jingles.

Would be nice if the warnings "enemy *class* spotted" would just ALWAYS be wrong. Or if you could set that as a personalisation option.

Jingles just confirmed he will be added next patch, probably most likely.
