Shut off the WoWs-Chat for Coop and Random Battles !

No matter how you play / your team play, every time there are some ****** wich mean to take here **** into the chat - please shut off the chat in the regular coop & random battles because many use it to seriously offend other with here bad mood.

Don't need to shut it off, I just got chatbanned again for a day, never said a word at all and yet banned again. Some fool I killed and his div mate report me and I get banned? I'm actually trying hard not to be toxic in battle and there are still bans getting handed out left, riught and centre? What a stupid, stupid system.

Just uncheck the battle chat and you won't be bothered again

I play co-op quite regularly and I NEVER found such issue or someone cursing others.

Saw a guy the other day reporting someone 45 seconds into a Coop battle for playing like a bot.... Unfortunately I didn't have more reports so he could get one himself

I have a mod that turns it off ingame.

 

Don't know why there isn't an option for that in the first place.

 

Now I need a mod to deactivate the chat on the main screen as well. There are so many salty players ^^.

There is an option in game its even pointed out in the screenshot. Guess reading is underrated

Yes, this is a option but it didnt solve the problem as a whole, there should be consequences, real concequences ...

I think the tactical part should be also work with the command wheel, i never read more tactical as "a+b?" or "plan?" (except the bad mood of ppl ...) in the chat.

It's very rare I encounter really annoying people in randoms,  and I think I only have 3 people on my black list because them just spammed chat constantly. 

 

There are the odd loud mouths in game and if it bothers you you are able to go into setting and disable chat.

Can't say I've witnessed any real toxicity worth reporting over the past year or so, sure I've seen the usual 'potato team,' 'retard's go play Tetris' etc but if thats the sort of thing that you get upset about then perhaps multiplayer games aren't for you.

Well the most amazing thing that somebody says "boring battle" gets reported and chatbanned instantly. Just wow. Once I said simple "hello" to my clanmate that was on the other side (was morning hour and he wasn't in discord) and my team said "stop spam".... Ha?

Doesn't solve the problem of all the potatoes greeting each other by using the F-keys and abusing these for whatever stupid feces they think to be of importance to others...

 

We need a way to completely remove the chat window...

I turn mine off now, easily done in settings,but WG fluffed even that simple thing up,when you turn it off you should at least be able to talk to division mates just as you can in WoT's.

I am mostly just be the one wich read this ****, but others, wich maybe just start 1 month ago with the game ....

I have another idea, a poll wich is open to all WoWs players to deactivate on a special server (eu, na, asia, ...) the battle chat for an moth, of course except the division chat wich allows to make real concequences to this ******

That seems to be a bug, as if you do not say anything in chat the report should not count. Probably F# count to, as speaking in chat.
