Research Points, 10k not 20 as stated

Hello everyone. I reseted 3 of my IJN branches for research points. When I reseted them it was written that I will get 20k or research points per branch ("first reset"), but in the end I got that only for the first branch and the rest gave me 10k. That's the worst deal ever, I wouldn't have reseted it if I knew that I will end up with 50k instead of 70k. Is that how it was programmed from the beginning or it's a bug??

You get the 20k only in one line. Once you resettled your first line, the bonus for the others disappears. Working as intended.

thats... why it says "first reset" and not "reset" bonus...
