The game is pretty complicated software system and everyone does mistakes, that's normal. Possible compenstions will take some time for issue investigation, but no doubt they will do that as well. Maybe one day or two (already 4 days passed!) Sorry for you. Fair battles!". I am feeling cheated and frustrated at best.
