It looks like a cruiser killer.

But most cruisers on higher tiers have 25mm bow... This thing will be easily countered by simple angling. Only on T6-7 MM can be useful. High velocity hmm.... Second Roma? No thanks. Lenin way better.

That is the drawback of the small guns, but Scharnhorst works fine with 280mm a Tier lower, thx to the short fuzes.

I believe it will be the same kinda thing. The Russian BB line already has 2 hard hitting BBs at that tier as it is.  Really don't see them putting another one in, smaller guns normally mean cruiser killers or HE spammers.
