It comes out on Tuesday. On the NA portal it says update is Monday so a day after us. Don't know why they havnt updated the EU portal information yet to tell us....

The Update 8.8 is on the NA on the 16th and The Eu on the 17th .  the Sound might need adjusting our end , if it the same level as the PTS .

It's the new plan to prevent errors in patch notes - simply don't issue them!

 

On the other hand it may just be a consequence of no one being available to issue them at the usual time because it is a weekend. (Which is still a poor performance IMHO)

Especially 'poor performance' seems about right with this situation. They guard this patchnotes like it was a winning coupon in multimillion dollar lottery
