My previous boss had to do a course on Japanese management style so when i walked into his office he was supposed to be working on a bit of origami but he was shaking his head instead, he retired less then 6 months after. I think it was automated caused it was because of "complaints". Why? Because all enemies left caps and went to the line J. With 2 Smolensk having 19 km range. So I typed "what a boring battle" , it was second battle of the day and on first one I didn't say a word. In port I got the chatban message and a guy from enemy team messaging me "not to type rubbish in battle chat".... Ok so saying that it was really boring game was rubbish. Hmm. Cause I have not been Chatbanned so far. And especially as CV I get a Crabton of Negative Karma especially when I win. But I also very rarely use any Harsher Language even if I am Salty. Usually if my Team all gets stuck on an Island and refuses to move. No, if you haven't used chat and someone throws a bad language complaint at you it's discarded automatically. Watch out, if you get reported for giving away information location to enemy team it can have influences ( it's a quite severe offense actually ). Even if you didn't mean it like that, and give a 'generic location' like 'island behind our spawn' it's still an offense people can get sanctioned for. I get negreps quite a lot. I was at 170 karma, then moved down to 163 and am at something like 168 now? I chat quite a bit though and haven't received a chat ban yet. Tbf, I have been complaining a lot less ingame compared to maybe a year ago or so. Sometimes I'll mention something on the forums or on twitch, but ingame I don't bother complaining when I see someone do something stupid. I sometimes do stupid things too and starting a salty toxic raging flame war will never get me to do anyone's bidding. So why should I expect this from others? It's so illogical As long as I'm not really bothered by them and can continu doing my own thing, my teammates can be as retarded as a bag of bones for all I care. In my opinion it should be even more strict! 1st time - 3 days, 2nd time - 1 week, 3rd time for one month and if you keep the same behavior it have to be permanent chat ban! You are salfty, insult players often, get a chat ban! One of my clanmates is extremely salty and insults pretty much every game and dare to say he is chat ban every week!
