Clarity on upcoming TIX TX Premiums

Good day, in past @MrConway (I think...) has managed to get us clarity on upcoming ships Smolensk, Somers and Friesland and how to get them. This has helped tremendously! 

 

Can you please provide an update on Emilio Paulo, Siegfried, Japanese T X DD? Which ones will be coal, FreeEXP or  Steel?

Siegfried can be for free exp, Hayate and Thunderer as RB ships in the next season. That's only my thoughts.

Asking the question here probably won't get any answer unless the info has already been officially released on dev blog/reddit/facebook, etc.
