I never used it , not even on lover tiers, always needed points for essentials and used AR for reload, but it was annoying as hell to run in circles under focus fire sometimes, not that often to re-spec it though.

Below is my build.

I do not use SI since the last heal isnt that useful. It will most of the times only give you about 2k hp back because of the AP dmg you take.

RPF is really useful for DD hunting and estimating incoming torpedoes.

DemoEx because muhhhh fire.

Incoming fire alert since you will be island camping a lot and people tend to try to lob shells over it from 20km away.

Good dispersion and big caliber guns for its tier, same as QE and Bayern. WV and Mutsu have bigger caliber, but i wouldnt say its necessary. The advantage would mostly be against Hipper/Balti as they can bounce 381mm shells, otherwise they probably get more overpens than smaller caliber guns.

Mutsu still uses old "stock" AP shells, which have less penetration than Fuso 356mm.

Id have thought the overpens most likely would be a result of the armor not being thick enough to arm the shell. But dont have either of the 2 >400mm caliber T6 BBs so cant tell how it really is.
