(16mm, 19mm, 21mm, 25mm, 27mm, and so on) Can your guns already pen this thickness? (check your stats in port) Yes? Then there is no need for IFHE! No? Then take IFHE! In the Colbert otherwise, you would have trouble combating other cruisers in gunfights. I mean obviously she works better behind islands and unspotted, but you will be forced into unfavorable situations eventually and being able to effectively combat other cruisers is important. I stick IFHE on everything for the cruisers. 27 mm will pen all the US cruisers and most of the other T8/9 cruisers. I've not looked but I assume 5"/13 cm guns? I love her and shes french what more could you want, the skill floor is high though due shells arcs and speed. I feel like I am shooting in slow motion. You dont need turret traverse, they turn with 30deg / sec. Thats plenty. Either take AR or LS. Better yet, also scrap 2 T1 skills and take both. (what you need EL for? Reload is 3 sec, i dont think you waste an opportunity by switching 1,5 sec slower) Then probably also PM, because PT i think you need that one. Also no SI? You have enough turrets that you don't need to worry about modules and clearly AR and LS are more use than anything else you can spend 4 points on.
